      除颤器作为一种心脏急救设备,临床应用事关患者的生命安全,为保证除颤器各项参数的准确可靠,必须通过检测仪器对其进行定期检测。为确保电除颤脉冲能量的可溯源性和可靠性,本文介绍了一种用于校准除颤器分析仪的集成“源”“表”装置的研制,该装置的设计是为了产生和测量典型的单相和双相除颤脉冲波形。通过同步采样脉冲电压和电流并积分计算能量,实现了从0.1 J到360 J的脉冲能量测量,测量误差优于±(0.2%E+0.5) J。
英文摘要:
      As a kind of cardiac emergency apparatus, the clinical application of defibrillator is related to the patient's life safety. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the electric shock parameters of the defibrillator, it is necessary to check the equipment regularly. To ensure the traceability and reliability of the electrical defibrillation pulse energy, this paper presents the development of an integral source-meter setup for the calibration of defibrillator analyzers, that has been designed to generate and measure both typical monophasic and biphasic waveforms. By synchronously sampling the pulse voltage and current for integral calculation the energy, the 0.2%E+0.5 J uncertainties of pulse energy from 0.1 J to 360 J are achieved.
