      为获得一种方便快捷的锂电池健康状态检测方法,以18650型号锂离子电池做为实验对象,进行老化实验,并记录老化过程中的荷电性能变化。在排除了电池放电自发热的影响后,对比不同老化程度下的锂电池荷电性能,发现随着锂电池健康状况的变化,其电压变化率也会发生规律性变化,从而得出一种通过检测荷电性能对锂电池健康状态进行检测的新方法。实验结果表明,该方法快速准确,可以作为一种检测锂电池健康状态的有效方法,适用于批量的锂电池检测。
英文摘要:
      In order to get a convenient and fast method for lithium battery health status detection, 18650 type lithium-ion battery was chosen as the experimental object, aging test was performed, and the change of charge performance during aging process was recorded. After removing the effect of self heating of the battery discharge, the lithium battery comparison of different aging degree under the charge performance, found that with the change of the health status of the lithium battery, the voltage change rate will also change, so as to obtain a new method by detecting the charged performance testing on the health status of lithium battery. The experimental results show that the method is fast and accurate, and can be used as an effective method to detect the health state of lithium batteries, and is suitable for the detection of lithium batteries in batch.
