      针对现有恒流源设计由于低端输出、稳压芯片偏置电流影响恒流输出准确度的问题,本文给出了一种高端输出的高稳定度直流恒流源的设计,解决了采用比例法实现数据采集的基准源问题。采用通用性高端输出的电源稳压芯片,实现基本的稳压功能;应用JFET集成运算放大器消除稳压芯片的偏置电流,提高输出电流的稳定性;通过大范围恒流测试和温度实验表明:本设计实现的恒流源具有4.73mA±66.8nA高稳定的输出特性。
英文摘要:
      In view of the situation that the bias current of voltage regulation, this article delivers a high-stable direct constant- current source, which can be used as the base of data collection by proportion. This article uses a general voltage regulation, eliminating the bias current by JFET operation amplifier, to eventually improve the stability of the output current. As the result of experiment, the circuit designed in this article has the character of high-stable output of 4.73mA±66.8nA.
