      针对变电站规划结果对初始站址依赖度高的问题,提出了一种考虑初始站址的多阶段变电站规划方法。第一阶段,对传统渔夫捕鱼算法进行改进以提高搜索能力,并用于寻找优良初始站址集。然后提出一种基于变电站负荷总量的加权距离法,以选择出优良的初始站址方案。第二阶段,根据各负荷区域负荷密度对加权Voronoi图的权值进行动态改进,避免负荷分布不均对规划区域产生不良影响,并基于局部寻优结果对规划区域进行全局寻优求解。最后通过算例的计算结果,证明了算法的实用性。
英文摘要:
      In order to solve the problem that the high degree of dependence of substation planning results on initial stations a multi-stage substation planning method considering the initial site is proposed. In the first stage, the traditional fisher fishing algorithm is improved to improve the search ability, and it is used to search for excellent initial site set. Then a weighted distance method based on the total load of substation is proposed to select the excellent initial site location scheme. In the second stage, the weight of the weighted Voronoi graph is dynamically changed according to the load density of each load area, so as to avoid the adverse impact of the uneven distribution of load on the planning area. And the global optimization is used to solve the planning region based on the local optimization results. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the practicability of the algorithm.
