      采用单端反激式变换器结构和电流连续工作模式,设计并实现了一种基于LD7532A PWM控制芯片的高效率、高功率密度和高可靠性的开关电源装置。该电源装置的交流输入电压为90V~264V,工作频率65kHz,输出功率40W,输出电压19V。该装置的实验测试结果表明,所设计的开关电源装置的效率在85.7%左右,空载损耗低于0.3W,满载输出电压纹波值小于60mV,输出电压相当稳定。
英文摘要:
      A novel type of high efficiency, high power density and high reliability switching power supply system based on LD7532A PWM control chip is designed and realized by using single end flyback converter structure and current continuous working mode. The input voltage of the power supply is AC 90V~264V, the working frequency is 65kHz, the output power is 40W, and the output voltage is 19V. The test results show that the efficiency of the switch power system is above 85.7%, the no-load loss is less than 0.3W, the output ripple of full load is less than 60mV, and the output voltage is fairly stable.
