      分布式光伏出力存在较强间歇性、波动性和不确定性,当其大规模并网时将对电网潮流分布及电压分布产生较大影响,引起配电网运行风险。本文开展了大规模光伏发电接入配电网的风险评估方法及预控措施研究。以节点电压越限和线路潮流越限为风险评估指标,建立了配电网运行风险评估模型,给出了配网风险评估的具体实现步骤,提出针对性的风险应对措施。给出了本文所提风险评估方法的算例,并通过仿真结果验证了风险应对措施的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Due to the severe intermittence, volatility and uncertainty of the output power, the integration of large scale photovoltaics (PVs) will have a great influence on the power flow and node voltage of a distribution network, causing the operation risk of distribution network. This paper researches the risk assessment method and countermeasures for distribution networks with large-scale PV accessing. Based on the risk assessment indexes of node voltage limit violation and line power flow limit violation, a distribution network operation risk assessment model is established, the specific implementation steps of the risk assessment method are presented, and specific risk countermeasures are proposed. Examples of the risk assessment method proposed in this paper is illustrated, and the effectiveness of the risk countermeasures are verified by simulation results.
