:
高压穿墙套管的导电部分要承担大电流,使得其周围具有典型变化的磁场。传统穿墙套管的金属固定法兰,由于其位于套管磁场的较中心位置,对套管周围金属部件抑制涡流、温度的要求很高。本文对这种结构进行了改进,提出了一种新型高压穿墙套管抑制温度上升的结构及方法。利用有限元软件ANSYS中多个物理场之间的耦合运算,得出该法兰的涡流及温度的分布规律。对比分析常规结构和新型结构二者的温度及磁感应强度的分布,设计出最优化方案。
