      电力用户非法窃电严重威胁用电安全,提高供电部门反窃电的业务能力意义重大。虚拟现实技术能实现集听觉、视觉、触觉一体化的虚拟环境,通过对虚拟现实原理进行研究分析,并将其引入到电力系统反窃电工作人员的反窃电业务能力培训中,提出了基于VR的反窃电培训系统。通过培训人员实验分析,基于虚拟现实的系统画面播放帧率不低于每秒30帧,确保了效果逼真;通过虚拟现实技术实现各种窃电方式,培训人员在虚拟环境中可以详细了解各种窃电手段的实现方法,在虚拟三维环境中通过视觉、触觉、听觉等方式侦察各种窃电方式并解决窃电问题。给培训增添真实感和沉浸感,让培训人员身临其境,并具有实时任意的自由度,增强培训效果,提高了培训效率,减少了培训支出。基于虚拟现实反窃电培训系统的研发也促进了反窃电培训技术的发展,提高了用电的安全性。
英文摘要:
      Illegal electricity theft is a serious threat to electricity safety,It is of great significance to improve the ability of power supply department to anti electricity stealing. Through the research and analysis of the principle of virtual reality, virtual reality can realize the virtual environment that integrates hearing, vision and tactile integration, and introduces it into the training of anti stealing electricity service ability of electric power system anti stealing workers, and presents a VR based anti electric stealing training system. Through the analysis of the trainers" experiments, the frame rate of the system screen based on virtual reality is not less than 30 frames per second, and the effect is realistic. All kinds of electricity theft are realized through virtual reality technology. The trainers can understand the realization methods of various electric stealing means in the virtual environment, and through the vision in the virtual three-dimensional environment, the trainers can pass the vision in the virtual three-dimensional environment. Reconnaissance of various ways of stealing electricity and solving the problem of stealing electricity, adding a sense of authenticity and immersion to the training, making the trainees in the field, and having real time and arbitrary freedom, enhancing the training effect, improving the training efficiency, reducing the training expenditure, and developing the training system based on virtual reality anti stealing electricity. It also promoted the development of anti stealing training technology and improved the safety of electricity consumption.
