      综合评估分布式电源(Distributed Generation, DG)的启动及运行特性是制定DG辅助电网黑启动方案的基础。构建了一套评价DG启动及运行特性的指标体系,综合考虑影响DG黑启动能力的因素,定义发电能力、高效性和可靠性三个评价准则;综合考虑表征DG运行特性的指标,定义稳定性、电能质量和经济性三个评价准则。同时提出了一种综合评价方法,结合层次分析法与变异系数法计算指标主、客观权重,实现对指标权重的合理设定;采用逼近理想解排序法计算评价对象与理想解的相对贴近度并排序,实现DG启动及运行特性综合评价排名。最后通过算例验证了所提评价指标与方法的有效性。
英文摘要:
      The comprehensive evaluation for startup and operation characteristics of distributed generation(DG) is the basis of developing power grid black-start scheme with the aid of DGs. An index system for evaluating DGs' startup and operation characteristics is constructed. Considering the factors affecting the DG black-start ability, three evaluation criteria of generation capacity, efficiency and reliability are defined. Considering the indices that characterize the DG operation characteristics, three criteria of stability, power quality and economy are defined. Then a comprehensive evaluation method is proposed. Combining the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) with the coefficient of variation method to calculate the subjective and objective weights of indices, the reasonable setting of the index weight can be realized. The technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS) is used to calculate the relative closeness degree between the evaluation object and the ideal solution. Then the ranking of DGs' startup and operation characteristics is realized. Ultimately, the example verifies the validity of the proposed evaluation index and method.
