      大容量电池储能的应用能够平抑分布式电源输出功率的波动,提高大规模电网对于分布式电源的消纳性。依据传统同步发电机的旋转惯量、阻尼等特性,提出将“虚拟同步发电机”控制技术运用到储能变流器的控制中,实现系统的调压调频和功率控制。对此,本文设计了储能系统的运行控制策略,在平抑风电、太阳能发电系统输出功率的同时,实现风光储一体系统在并网、孤岛、再并网运行时的电压、频率控制,最后通过Simulink仿真验证了此控制策略可行有效。
英文摘要:
      The application of large-capacity battery energy storage can stabilize the fluctuation of the distributed generations’ output power and improve the operation stability of power grid. According to the inertia and damping characteristics of traditional synchronous generator, this paper propose that "virtual synchronous generator" control technology can be used to control the converter of battery energy storage system, to realize the voltage regulation and power control of the system. In this paper, the control strategy of the energy storage system is designed, to stabilize the output power of the integrated distributed generation, and to realize the voltage and frequency control of system during grid-connected operation, islanded operation and the state switching between these two operation modes. Finally, the Simulink/Matlab simulation proves that the control strategy is feasible and effective.
