In the context of the new round of power system reform, the distribution of electric companies to carry out multidimensional value-added services will help improve customer stickiness and enhance market competitiveness. The voltage sag management is divided into self-commitment mode and governance mode based on value-added services. For the problem that the voltage sag of sensitive users is high in the threshold of investment, in the self-commitment mode of the user, a strategy of optimizing the configuration of the voltage sag suppression device with the goal of maximizing the user"s benefit is proposed and solved by using the genetic algorithm; Under the model, considering various factors that affect the cost of power grid companies, a service fee determination model for voltage sag management has been established. Finally, the simulation analysis in the IEEE30 system verifies that the proposed strategy and governance model can greatly reduce the user"s governance costs and decentralize the initial investment pressure.
