      晶闸管旁路开关TBS是UPFC系统中重要的保护设备,可以在电力系统故障时实现对UPFC的快速旁路和隔离保护。由于TBS只有在系统故障时投入运行,而在系统正常运行时一直处于热备用状态,这种工作特性导致其无法像其他设备一样实现利用在线检测手段来判断晶闸管回路元件状态。本文对常用的晶闸管阻尼回路参数测量方法进行了对比研究,结合TBS晶闸管级阻尼回路特点,提出了一种基于AD5933阻抗测量芯片的TBS晶闸管回路RC阻容参数测量方法,具有快速、准确、可靠等优点。
英文摘要:
      The thyristor bypass switch ( TBS ) is an important protective device in the UPFC system. It can realize the fast bypass and isolation protection of the UPFC in the power system failure. Because TBS is put into operation only when the system fails, it is always in hot standby when the system is running normally. Because of the working characteristics of the TBS, it can not realize the state of the thyristor circuit element by on-line detection means as other devices. In this paper, the commonly used thyristor damping loop parameters measurement methods are compared, combined with the characteristics of TBS thyristor stage damping loop, a method for measuring the RC resistance capacitance of the TBS thyristor circuit based on the AD5933 impedance measurement chip is proposed, which has the advantages of fast, accurate, reliable and so on.
