      分布式电源(Distributed Generation,DG)以其清洁性的特点越来越多的接入配电网中,但是具有明显的不确定性,所以本文主要考虑了DG与负荷的不确定性对主动配电网重构的影响。针对DG与电力负荷的不确定性,通过信息熵与场景划分法相互结合,根据负荷曲线将负荷划分为多个场景,并且以Wasserstein概率距离指标对风力发电与光伏发电的场景进行划分。提出“无重复”的环路编码与初始种群生成策略,提高了优化效率。建立基于有功网络损耗期望值的多场景配电网重构模型,最后使用改进的烟花算法对制定场景的重构目标函数进行优化。
英文摘要:
      Due to the characteristic of distributed generation is clean that more and more access to distribution network, but it has obvious uncertainty, so this paper mainly considers the uncertainty of DG and load on the influence of the active power distribution network reconfiguration. For the uncertainty of DG and power load, combined with information entropy and the scene division method , the load curve can be divided into multiple load scenarios, and use probability distance index to divide the wind power and the photovoltaic power generation scenario. A loop coding and initial population generation strategy is put forward based on the rule “no-repeat”, and it improves the optimization efficiency. Set up multiple scene of distribution network reconfiguration based on active network loss expectation model, finally using the improved algorithm of fireworks to make scene reconfiguration objective function optimization.
