Due to the characteristic of distributed generation is clean that more and more access to distribution network, but it has obvious uncertainty, so this paper mainly considers the uncertainty of DG and load on the influence of the active power distribution network reconfiguration. For the uncertainty of DG and power load, combined with information entropy and the scene division method , the load curve can be divided into multiple load scenarios, and use probability distance index to divide the wind power and the photovoltaic power generation scenario. A loop coding and initial population generation strategy is put forward based on the rule “no-repeat”, and it improves the optimization efficiency. Set up multiple scene of distribution network reconfiguration based on active network loss expectation model, finally using the improved algorithm of fireworks to make scene reconfiguration objective function optimization.
