After the smart electricity meter has been in service for a period of time, it is necessary to conduct regular sampling to determine whether the batch meter can be used online and how many years it can serve. This paper studies the remaining useful life prediction for smart electricity meters that reach a certain period of time. Firstly, according to the sampling result of the expired smart electricity meter, some samples are selected for the constant stress accelerated degradation test, and the basic error of the output performance parameters is monitored during the test. According to the established power function degradation model and the temperature-humidity comprehensive acceleration model, the step-stress accelerated test data processing idea is used to derive the pseudo-life distribution of the product under high stress, and the useful remaining life of the product is calculated when the product has a given reliability of 0.9.
