      变压器在电力系统中起着重要的作用,传统的变压器故障检测方法存在着施工难度大、灵敏度低等缺点,而通过采集变压器的振动信息可以实现在线并且较为精准的监测变压器运行状态。现有的振动采集系统多为一体式设计,不能保证系统采集信息的多样性及准确度,本文设计了分布式变压器振动监测系统,可采集多种类、多通道的信号,扩展性能较强,可以有效避免站内信号干扰。通过在变压器旁安装振动就地采集单元,将采集到的振动信号进行模数转换后发送至上位机进行分析处理,实现变压器工作状态的在线监测,能够对变压器绕组是否产生形变做出诊断。针对广州变电站实地情况设计安装了相应振动采集系统,并已成功投入应用。
英文摘要:
      Power transformer plays an important role in the power system. The traditional transformer fault detection method has the disadvantages of large construction difficulty and low sensitivity. By collecting the vibration information of the transformer, online and more accurate monitoring of the transformer operating status can be achieved. The existing vibration acquisition systems are mostly integrated design, which cannot guarantee the diversity and accuracy of the information. This paper designed a distributed transformer vibration monitoring system, which can collect a variety of types and multi-channel signals, and has strong expansion performance. Effectively avoid signal interference in the station. By installing the vibration acquisition unit on the side of the transformer, the collected vibration signal is digital-analog converted and sent to the upper computer for analysis and processing. The online monitoring of the working state of the transformer can be realized, and the transformer winding can be diagnosed whether it is deformed. The corresponding vibration acquisition system was designed and installed for the Guangzhou substation on the ground, and it has been successfully put into use.
