      为了在线测量电力系统GIS暂态过电压信号,研制了一款基于氧化锌阀片分压提取暂态过电压信号的装置。首先,介绍了该技术的基本原理;其次,通过ATP-EMTP搭建仿真电路,搭建了氧化锌阀片的分压电路,在暂态过电压、操作过电压和雷电过电压下进行实验,结果表明:在暂态过电压、操作过电压和雷电过电压下,阀片的分压比基本恒定,雷电过电压下波头出现过冲和振荡。最后对氧化锌避雷器进行扫频实验,结果显示在1.5MHz内氧化锌避雷器的频率特性基本不变,并验证了仿真的实用性。此测量技术对电力系统故障分析、电力设备绝缘耐受实验标准制定具有重要的知道意义。
英文摘要:
      In order to measure transient overvoltage signal of power system GIS online, a device based on Zinc Oxide valve partial pressure extraction transient overvoltage signal is developed. First, the basic principle of the technology is introduced. Secondly, the simulation circuit is built by ATP-EMTP, and the voltage divider circuit of Zinc Oxide valve is set up. The experiment is carried out under transient overvoltage, operating overvoltage and lightning overvoltage. The results show that the partial pressure ratio of the valve plate under transient overvoltage, operation overvoltage and lightning overvoltage Under constant current, the overshoot and oscillation of the wave head occur under lightning overvoltage. Finally, the Zinc Oxide lightning arrester scavenging experiment is carried out. The results show that the frequency characteristics of the Zinc Oxide arrester in 1.5MHz are basically unchanged, and the practicability of the simulation is verified. This measurement technology is of great significance to the fault analysis of power system and the establishment of insulation tolerance experiment standard for power equipment.
