      汽车电控系统研发中,很长一段时间内都是使用传统的开发模式,不仅需要手工编写大量代码,而且需要设计相应的接口电路及驱动检测装置,时间长、重复性工作多,本文采用基于V流程的模式进行电机控制系统的开发,对永磁同步电机矢量控制进行了研究。通过在Simulink上搭建永磁同步电机矢量控制算法模型并且实现自动生成代码下载到DSP中,然后在Typhoon HIL电力电子半实物仿真平台上搭建逆变器、永磁同步电机模型,连接DSP对PMSM矢量控制算法进行测试,完成永磁同步电机控制器的开发。
英文摘要:
      In the development of automotive electronic control systems, the traditional development mode has been used for a long time. Not only does it need to manually write a large number of algorithms, but also the corresponding interface circuits and drive detection devices need to be designed. The long time and repetitive work are many. The mode of the V process was developed for the motor control system, and the vector control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor was studied. By constructing a permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control algorithm model on Simulink and implementing automatic generation code download to DSP, then constructing inverter and permanent magnet synchronous motor model on Typhoon HIL power electronic hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform, connecting DSP to PMSM vector control The algorithm is tested.
