      提出了一种新型级联H桥光伏组件结构,集成了光伏组件、Boost/Buck电路、超级电容和链式H桥电路。分析了超级电容充放电范围并计算其惯性能量大小,然后提出了级联H桥光伏组件控制策略。在EMTP中搭建12H桥级联仿真模型,验证级联H桥全链、缺链运行情况和直流侧电压惯量支撑。最后实验验证新型级联H桥光伏组件具有惯性能量支撑作用,对提高光伏发电电网友好性具有现实意义。
英文摘要:
      A new type of cascade H-bridge pv module structure is proposed, which integrates pv module, Boost/Buck circuit, super capacitor and chain H-bridge circuit. The range of supercapacitor charge and discharge is analyzed and its inertial energy is calculated, and then put forward the control strategy of cascaded H-bridge. A 12H bridge cascade simulation model was built in EMTP to verify the operation of the full chain and lack chain of the cascade H-bridge and the dc side voltage inertia support. Finally, the experiment proves that the new cascade h-bridge photovoltaic module has the function of inertial energy support, which is of practical significance to improve the friendliness of photovoltaic power grid.
