      光伏汇流箱是光伏发电系统的核心设备之一,其有效减少了光伏阵列与逆变器之间的连线。汇流箱的电流测量精度以及电压等状态的监测准确度是光伏发电系统控制的关键。采用霍尔传感器的汇流箱设备,在环境温度变化较大时,其电流测量精度不能满足光伏发电系统要求。为了克服汇流箱易受温度影响的缺点,本文设计了以霍尔电流传感器、高精度磁通门芯片和低功耗单片机PIC16F1947为核心的光伏电流汇流装置;为了提高电流测量精度,本文还提出了以最小二乘法为基础的双点逐次修正插值法。最后,通过仿真实验验证了设计和方法的有效性。
英文摘要:
      The photovoltaic combiner box can reduce the connection of the photocell array to the inverter. It is one of the basic devices for the normal operation of the photovoltaic power plant. The junction box equipment using the Hall sensor cannot meet the requirements of the photovoltaic power generation system when the ambient temperature changes greatly. In this paper, a photovoltaic current sinking device based on high-accuracy fluxgate sensor, hall current sensor and low-power single-chip PIC16F1947 is designed to overcome this defect. In order to improve the current measurement accuracy, this paper also proposes a two-point successive interpolation correction method based on least squares method. Finally, experiments carried out verify the effectiveness of the proposed design and method.
