      针对用电信息采集现场运维没有统一标准,技术手段欠缺等问题,提出了用电信息采集故障排查装置的总体设计方案,设计了装置载波模块卡位电路和软件架构,分析了装置的设计原理。提出了基于在线和离线两种模式的载波模块故障检测和判别方法,提出了现场表计和集中器通信端口故障检测和判别方法。研制一款便携式、功能齐备的现场采集故障诊断分析装置,该装置可有效提高现场运维人员的工作效率和技术水平,对推动现场采集运维工作的标准化、智能化具有十分重要的作用和意义。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the problem that the on-site operation and maintenance of power information collection has no unified standard and lack of technical means, the overall design scheme of power information collection fault checking device is proposed. The carrier module card circuit and system software architecture are designed, and the design principle of the device is analyzed. The fault detection and discrimination methods of carrier module based on online and offline modes are proposed. The fault detection and discrimination methods of field meter and concentrator communication port are proposed. A portable and fully functional field acquisition fault diagnosis and analysis device is developed, which can effectively improve the work efficiency and technical level of on-site operation and maintenance personnel, and plays an important role in promoting the standardization and intelligence of on-site collection and maintenance work.
