      为解决高压输电线路两端电流采样非同步而导致电流相量差动保护误动作问题,本文结合相量差动保护和幅值差动保护的性能特点,提出了不受采样非同步影响的线路差动保护方案。在线路两端电流采样出现同步误差时,本方案将相量差动保护退出运行,仅依靠电流幅值差动保护切除大多数线路区内故障,从而消除采样失同步的影响;在线路两端电流采样同步时,以相量差动保护为主要的保护方式,提高保护的可靠。理论分析与仿真研究表明,所提方案可有效应对线路两端电流采样失同步的问题,区内故障保护可靠动作,区外故障可靠制动。
