      随着新能源、可再生能源发电量持续快速增长,像云南省大量火电机组已成为深度调峰机组,甚至备用机组,其生存受到严重威胁。然而我国现阶段仍需要适量的火电保障电力系统的裕度和稳定,因此研究对系统中火电设备的合理补偿方式已刻不容缓。考虑到电力交易与碳交易同属于市场化机制,具有高度关联,因此,提出一种基于电碳联动的火电企业补偿机制。最后,以云南电力市场为背景,用文中所提方法进行了算例分析,结果表明本文提出的补偿机制可以为火电企业带来可观的收益。
英文摘要:
      With the rapid growth of new energy and renewable energy, and the declining utilization hours of thermal units, a lot of thermal power units have been used for deep peak regulation even reserve ancillary service. The survival of thermal power enterprises is threatened. However, the moderate thermal power units are needed to ensure the safety and stability of power system. So it is urgent to research the reasonable compensation methods for the thermal power enterprises. Considering that electricity market is high relative to carbon exchange market, compensation mechanism based on electricity-carbon linkage is proposed. A comprehensive compensation method including carbon compensation is put forward to make up for the rights and interests of power generation abandoned by the thermal power enterprises. On the background of Yunnan power market, an example is calculated to demonstrate theSeffectiveness of the proposed method.
