This paper proposes a selective delay signal cancellation phase lock method based on the principle of DSC phase lock, the method considers the changes in the frequency of the system. On the premise of retaining the reserve power of the wind turbine, the primary frequency regulation function of the wind turbine is realized by combining virtual inertia and pitch control. The experiments was conducted in Yunnan Danu wind farm, including virtual inertia experiment, pitch control experiment and the combination of the two control strategies, experiments show that this control strategy can effectively participate in power system primary frequency regulation and improve the transient and steady state characteristics of the power system.
