      随着新型负荷(电采暖和电动汽车)和分布式电源逐步接入配电网,如何评价现有电网对新型负荷和高比例分布式电源接入的适应性,是电网目前重点工作之一。为此,本文提出一种含新型负荷及高比例分布式电源的配电网承载能力综合评估方法。该方法首先根据新型负荷及分布式电源的特性,选取合适的评价指标,建立新型配电网承载能力综合评估的指标体系,然后,用基于变权理论的多层次模糊综合评价算法计算指标权重,最后以某城市一条配电线路为例,对新型负荷和高比例分布式电源接入后的配电网进行了综合评估;并基于该区域评价指标的计算结果,分析出典型区域网架的薄弱环节,为后续规划工程提供依据。
英文摘要:
      With the new load (electric heating and electric vehicles) and distributed generation connected to the distribution network, it is one of the current key tasks of the power grid to evaluate the adaptability of the power grid to new loads and high-proportion distributed power access. A comprehensive evaluation method for the carrying capacity of distribution network with new load and high proportion distributed power is proposed in this paper. According to the characteristics of new load and distributed power supply, the index system for comprehensive evaluation is established. The multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm is used based on variable weight theory to calculate index weights. Finally, the distribution network with the new load and high proportion distributed generation is comprehensively evaluated. Based on the calculation results of the evaluation indexes, the weakness of the typical regional network is analyzed.
