      光伏接入占比不断提高,对区域配电网的电能质量及稳定运行构成挑战,储能是解决该问题的有效手段。本文在深入分析高占比光伏接入配电网的谐波和闪变特征基础上,以总谐波畸变率和电压闪变幅度为约束变量,开展储能总容量的配置研究,并针对混合储能方式开展了经济性优化设计。最后,论文以某村级分布式光伏接入工程为例,进行了分析计算,为该工程储能容量选配提供设计依据。
英文摘要:
      With PV access permeability rising, it would bring a challenge to the power quality and stability of the grid. Energy storage is an effective method to solve the problem. Based on the analysis of the mechanism for harmonic and flicker, an energy optimized method is proposed. By the method, the total harmonic distortion (THD) and voltage flicker amplitude are considered as variables. To achieve the best economy, different types of optimal configuration energy storage is discussed. Finally, a calculation is given for a project to optimize the energy storage allocation.
