      本文引入了模糊数学理论,通过对空压机系统和影响因素的综合分析与研究,构建了其层次型评估指标体系,并在此基础上建立了整体运行状态评估模型。针对存在的各级评估指标权重分配过于主观或客观的问题,提出了改进的计算权重的方法,以此改进了多级模糊综合评判方法在设备状态评估中的应用,使得评估结果更加科学、客观。最后对某空压机进行评估,结果能够真实有效地反映其实际运行状态,验证了本文方法的有效性与可靠性。
英文摘要:
      This paper introduces the fuzzy mathematics theory, through the comprehensive analysis and research to the air compressor system and the influence factor, constructs its hierarchical evaluation index system, and establishes the overall running state evaluation model on this basis. In order to solve the problem of subjective or objective weight distribution of evaluation indexes at all levels, an improved method of calculating weights is put forward to improve the application of multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in equipment state evaluation, to make the results more scientific and objective. Finally, a certain air compressor is evaluated, and the result can reflect the actual running state of the air compressor, which verifies the validity and reliability of this method.
