      电能表接插件是一种在规定温度下长期工作的低压元器件,散热问题对其使用性能至关重要。标准Q/GDW11008-2013中规定温升试验在自由空气中进行,而试验合格的产品安装到成套箱后,由于成套箱内其他发热元器件影响了试验结果,往往超出了60K的极限值,为使自由空气中接插件温升试验更科学,安装到成套箱内投入工况使用不因散热问题影响其寿命,本文主要探讨一种温升等效换算方法。

      The watt-hour meter connector is a low-voltage component that operates for a long period of time at a specified temperature, and the heat dissipation is a critical qualification to its performance. The standard Q/GDW11008-2013 specifies that the temperature rise test is carried out in free air, and the test-qualified products installed in the watt-hour meter box often exceed the limit of 60K. This is because other heat-generating components in the box affect the test results. In order to make the temperature rise test of the connector in the free air more scientific, the installation into the set of working conditions does not affect the life of the connector due to heat dissipation. This paper mainly discusses a temperature rise equivalent conversion method.
