      本文依据电动汽车充电设施传导充电互操作性测试规范,结合现场实际条件和情况设计了电动汽车直流充电互操作性测试装置,对电动汽车设备的验收、运行、维护具有重要作用。通过对多个产品互操作性测试结果表明,目前非车载充电机主要的问题有:部分测试项目电压存在超过要求电压标准情况,部分充电机故障或时断开相应开关时存超时未达到国家标准要求,充电开始到充电结束过程,部分检测点不满足充电连接控制时序的标准要求。本文研究电动汽车直流充电互操作性测试装置优点在可以判断车辆接口各个引脚的点电平情况和实现判断引脚通断功能,进一步判断充电过程中的充电连接控制时序状况,实现电平、通断、时序全方位检测,适合充电设备现场检测与运行维护。
英文摘要:
      With the gradual popularization of electric vehicles, the performance testing of electric vehicle charging facilities has become an indispensable requirement, which is of great significance for the development and large-scale application of electric vehicles. This paper focuses on the research of electric vehicle interoperability. According to the principle of electric vehicle interoperability, the electric vehicle DC charging interoperability testing device is designed according to the latest national standards and specifications. According to the purpose of the interoperability testing project and the evaluation requirements and basis , testing each test item, and analyzing the test results. This study has important significance for the acceptance, on-site inspection, maintenance and operation and maintenance of electric vehicle charging facilities, and plays an important role in the development of electric vehicles.
