      针对当前电网中智能电能表中普遍存在的电池欠压、停电上报不及时等问题,文章介绍了一种基于超级电容的智能电能表及系统应用方案,在电能表内部创新性地加入了包含超级电容的储能电路和宽带载波电路,阐述了基于新型电能表的三种新型应用场景:进行多模通信、实现停电信息上报、预防和解决电池欠压问题的发生,还通过构建超级电容充放电等效模型、研究模型参数辨识方法论证了新型电能表超级电容的工作模型。
英文摘要:
      According to the current existing problem about smart meter such as clock battery undervoltage, no-reports for power outages and other issues in the power grid, the paper introduces a new kind of smart meter and application solutions system based on supercapacitor to slove the problems. The new smart meter contains supercapacitor-type energy storage module and broadband carrier module, and can provide 3 new kinds of application for issues: multimode communication, power failure report system, under voltage problem of clock battery. The paper also building the equivalent mode of charge and discharge about the supercapacitor, with the help of simulink and parameter identification method to demonstrates the working model for the new supercapacitor-type of smart meter.
