      现代电力系统的传输信号存在的时滞,可能会导致系统控制设备失效,从而引起系统不稳定。考虑系统中多时滞耦合以及小扰动不确定因素,文章给出多时滞不确定电力系统鲁棒稳定新判据。其中,积分不等式新处理方法的应用和自由权矩阵的引入有效地降低结果的保守性,特别是Schur补定理的应用有效地处理了系统中不确定参数。最后,以单机无穷大系统、典型二阶单、双时滞系统为例,利用MATLAB中的线性矩阵不等式(LMI)工具箱对文章提出的判据进行仿真分析,验证了所提方法对不确定参数多时滞电力系统鲁棒稳定性分析的有效性和优越性。
英文摘要:
      Time delays exist in the transmission signal of modern power systems, and it may bring about the failure of system control equipment, thus result in the instability of systems. With a view to the multiple time delay coupling and some microvariations uncertain parameters, a new robust stability criteria for power systems with multiple time delays and uncertain parameters is issued in this paper. It is noted that The applicationof a new handing method of integral inequality and a free matrix introduced will effectively reduce the conservatism of the result, and especially that some uncertain parameters can be effectively handled by adopting the Schur theorem. Finally,taking examples of the single-machine infinite-bus system and a typical second-order time-delay system and to verify the efficiency and superiority of the proposed approach for the robust stability analysis for power systems with multiple time delays and uncertain parameters by using the liner matrix inequality(LMI) control box.
