传统输电线路安全检测方法主要通过人工巡视检测完成输电线路安全预警，工作人员通过肉眼巡视检查，不能实时分辨异常情况类型及时准确预警，导致输电线路安全预警具有局限性，为此设计了基于雷达监测信号的输电线路安全预警系。首先采用雷达监测录取模块获取异常情况的具体方位信息，上传至智能视频监控模块远程实时监控输电线路本体和周围情况后，智能预警模块对输电线路自检完成早期预警与故障报警，系统软件通过基于滑窗平均法的含噪声雷达信号包络监测方法，获取含有噪声的输电线路雷达监测信号的雷达包络后，使用二进制监测判定异常情况目标监测准则，判定异常情况类型完成有效预警。实验结果表明，该系统可以有效识别含有噪声的不同雷达信号，对多载频分集雷达信号的识别均值高达99.64%，不同雷达信号识别准确率均值大于95.46%，可完成准确的输电线路安全预警。
