      本文针对IEC61850的配电系统自动化进行分析。首先分析了IEC61850规约的具体内容以及配电系统自动化的相关构成,说明了配电系统自动化中隔离开关、RTU、主站、通信网络等重要元件,紧接着对故障定位、电压控制以及配网重构等重要功能进行了说明,分析了时间同步以及网络冗余量大通信问题。然后对基于IEC61850的配电系统自动化元件进行建模,包括MU IED、P&C IED、PMU IED、断路器IED以及通信网络流量,说明了其具体逻辑节点模型等内容。最后对文本进行了总结展望。
英文摘要:
      This paper mainly deals with the distribution automation based on IEC 61850. First the IEC61850 protocol is analysed, and relevant units such as distribution automation structure is shown. The switch, RTU, master unit, communication network are illustrated. Then the major functions of distribution automation system are demonstrated, including fault location, voltage control and distribution network reconfiguration. The time synchronization and network redundancy are also analysed. Next, the important units in distribution automation are modelled, including MU IED, P&C IED、PMU IED、circuit breaker IED as well as communication network traffic. In the end, the future works are proposed.
