      我国新能源电站普遍存在限电现象,限电条件下多个新能源电站如何公平的参与调度成为关键问题,本文提出一种考虑新能源发电公平性的新能源电站协调调度方法。首先,考虑技术性、运营特性、经济性和可靠性等多维度提出新能源电站评价指标体系。其次,提出基于灰色关联度和熵权法的新能源电站评价指标体系综合分析方法,以综合评价新能源电站先进性。再次,基于新能源电站综合排名,建立以含有新能源的电力系统发电成本最低为目标的协调调度模型。最后,通过算例结果表明,本研究所提出的评价指标体系及其分析方法可以正确评价新能源电站先进性,所提出的新能源协调调度模型可以有效保障综合排名高的电站优先发电,提升新能源电站参与调度的公平性。
英文摘要:
      China's new energy power stations generally have power-limiting phenomena. How to participate in the scheduling of multiple new energy power plants under limited power conditions becomes a key issue. This paper proposes a new energy power plant coordinated scheduling method considering the fairness of new energy power generation. Firstly, the evaluation index system of new energy power stations is proposed considering the technical, operational characteristics, economy and reliability. Secondly, a comprehensive evaluation method of new energy power station evaluation index system based on grey relational degree and entropy weight method is proposed to evaluate the advancement of new energy power station. Thirdly, based on the comprehensive ranking of new energy power plants, a coordinated dispatching model is established to minimize the generation cost of power system with new energy. Finally, an example shows that the proposed evaluation index system and its analysis method can correctly evaluate the advanced nature of new energy power plants, and the proposed coordinated scheduling model can effectively guarantee the priority of power generation with comprehensive ranking power stations and enhance the fairness of new energy power plants participating in dispatching.
