The article studies in detail the production process, system architecture and implementation method of the energy meter for the whole life cycle, analyzes and evaluates the data of the eight main links in the production process, and effectively promotes the rationalization of the life cycle management of the energy meter production process. Finally, taking the liquid crystal black screen fault of electric energy meter as an example, the effectiveness of the production management evaluation of the energy meter for the whole life cycle is quantitatively analyzed, and the troubleshooting order of the liquid crystal black screen fault is finally determined, which has certain engineering application value. It also provides ideas and methods for the decision-making process of life cycle management.
