      Z源逆变器解决了传统逆变器无升压能力,上下桥臂不能直通的问题,但依然存在升压能力有限,存在非正常工作状态和无法实现能量回馈的局限性。本文提出了一种增强型双向Z源逆变器,用开关电感单元代替传统Z源逆变器Z源网络中的电感,将原有的二极管用IGBT代替,从而提高了升压能力,解决了传统Z源逆变器存在的非正常工作状态,实现了能量的双向流动。并提出一种基于三段式的改进型空间电压矢量调制策略,降低了器件的开关损耗。通过MATLAB/Simulink进行建模仿真验证了上述理论的正确性。
英文摘要:
      The Z-source inverter solves the problem that the conventional inverter has no boosting capability, and the upper and lower arms cannot be directly connected. However, there are still problems of limited boosting, abnormal working conditions, and inability to achieve energy feedback. In this paper, an enhanced bidirectional Z-source inverter is proposed. The switch inductor unit replaces the inductance in the Z source network of the traditional Z-source inverter, and the original diode is replaced by the IGBT, thereby improving the boosting capability and solving the problem. The abnormal working state of the traditional Z-source inverter realizes the bidirectional flow of energy. An improved space voltage vector modulation strategy based on three-stage is proposed to reduce the switching loss of the device. The simulation of MATLAB/Simulink verifies the correctness of the above theory.
