基金项目:国网上海电力有限公司科技项目(2018f866432) ]。然而在一部分特殊的情况下,操作接地若在不可见范围内,距离施工区域比较远,在挂设接地线前线路仍然该视为“带电状态”。如今电力线路绝大多数为聚氯乙烯外皮的绝缘线,在“带电状态”下要必须先在线路上剥皮,才可验电、挂设接地线[2]。由于普通施工班组不具备10kV带电剥皮的能力,需要带电班负责剥皮配合安全措施的落实,使得施工流程变得复杂,增加了配合协调的工作量和时间成本,一定程度上减慢了工作效率[3]。

      传统的带电剥皮技术是在剥皮完成后,需要将剥皮器取下后再挂设接地操作,工作效率和安全性都得不能保证。本文针对传统的带电剥皮技术存在的弊端进行改进,研制出一种新型带电剥皮和接地一体化机构,能够在不拆除剥皮器的同时完成接地操作,在接地完成后拆除剥皮,节省了设备资源。经过多次实际操作案例分析,这种机构较大的提高了工作效率,操作人员的安全性也得到了保证。
英文摘要:
      The traditional electrified stripping technology is to remove the stripper and then hang the grounding operation after the stripping is completed. The work efficiency and safety cannot be guaranteed. In this paper, the drawbacks of the traditional electrified stripping technology are improved, and a new integrated stripping and grounding mechanism is developed. The grounding operation can be completed without removing the stripper, and the stripping is removed after the grounding was completed, saving equipment resources. After many actual operation case analysis, this kind of mechanism has greatly improved the work efficiency and the safety of the operator has been guaranteed.
