      可用输电能力是反应电力系统安全稳定裕度的重要指标之一,随着间歇性能源的发展和电力系统随机性的提升,概率可用输电能力的计算成为近年来研究的主要方向。文章以当今发展迅速的风力发电为基础,结合目前含风电场的概率可用输电能力研究方法进行综述。首先对可用输电能力的定义进行分析,评价了计算可用输电能力的各项指标定义。然后对含风电场的电力系统中所存在的一系列不确定性因素进行了分类讨论,最后对计算概率可用输电能力的方法按照不同的原理进行划分。分别介绍了各种方法的步骤以及优缺点,并针对各种方法优劣性和实用性进行了总结和展望。最后结合电力系统的最新发展要求对含风电场的概率可用输电能力的研究方向做出展望。
英文摘要:
      The available transmission capacity is one of the important indicators to reflect the safety and stability margin of the power system. With the development of intermittent energy and the randomness of the power system, the calculation of the probability of available transmission capacity has become the main direction of research in recent years. The article is based on the rapid development of wind power today, and the current probability of containing wind farms can be summarized by the research methods of transmission capacity. First, the definition of available transmission capacity is analyzed, and the definitions of various indicators for calculating the available transmission capacity are evaluated. Then, a series of uncertain factors in the power system containing wind farms are classified and discussed. Finally, the method of calculating the probability of using the transmission capacity is divided according to different principles. The steps, advantages and disadvantages of various methods are introduced respectively, and the advantages and disadvantages and practicability of various methods are summarized and forecasted. Finally, combined with the latest development requirements of the power system, the research direction of the probability of containing wind farms can be expected.
