      双向DC/DC变换器具有实现能量变换的双象限运行特性和多模态的混杂特性。现有模型主要采用平均模型和精确模型,前者忽略了高频动态特性,后者计算量过大,且均未考虑其混杂特性。针对上述问题,本文先建立了双向DC/DC变换器各工作模态的连续状态微分方程,在此基础上基于混杂自动机理论建立了能对其完整描述的混杂自动机模型,最后基于混杂自动机模型完成了控制算法设计。运用 MATLAB/stateflow对该控制算法进行仿真,结果表明混杂自动机模型计算量适中、精确度高、反映了系统的高频动态特性,完整地描述了系统的各个工作模态,兼顾了CCM模式和DCM模式,基于混杂自动机模型的控制算法简单且效果良好,具有实际应用价值。
英文摘要:
      Bidirectional DC/DC converter has the characteristics of dual quadrant of the energy transformation and hybrid of multi-model. In order to solve the shortcomings of ignoring its high frequency dynamic characteristics、the precision model is too large, and the characteristic of hybrid is not considered in the existing models,such as average model and accurate model. First of all, the continuous state differential equations of the working modes are established, then, a hybrid automata model is established which can fully describe the working modes based on the theory of hybrid automata, finally, the control algorithm is designed based on the hybrid automata model. MATLAB/stateflow is used to simulate the control algorithm, the results show that the hybrid automata model of bi-directional DC/DC converter has the advantages of small amount of calculation, high precision, reflecting the high frequency dynamic characteristic of the system, in particular, it fully describes the various working modes of the system, the CCM mode and DCM mode are considered, the control algorithm based on hybrid automata model is simple and effective, which is in line with the practical application.
