      随着风力发电和光伏发电等分布式电源接入配电网,配电网络变得越来越复杂,现有的配电模式无法满足电力的实际生产要求。针对这一问题,本文在分布式供电技术和配电网运行方式的基础上,对分布式配电网运行优化方法进行了研究,充分考虑到风力发电、光伏发电、负荷等方面的不确定性,提出随机潮流智能配电网运行优化方法,根据配电网特有的闭环结构和开环运行方式,用Neighborhood Search算法求解,通过仿真对系统的性能进行分析,本文所做工作为我国配电网接入分布式电源提供了参考和借鉴。

      With the distributed generation such as wind power generation and photovoltaic generation connected to the distribution network, the distribution network becomes more and more complex, the existing distribution mode can not meet the actual production requirements of power. In order to solve this problem, based on the distributed power supply technology and distribution network operation mode, this paper studies the distributed distribution network operation optimization method, fully considering the uncertainty of wind power generation, photovoltaic power generation, load and so on, This paper presents a method for optimizing the operation mode of intelligent distribution network with stochastic power flow, According to the unique closed-loop structure and open-loop operation mode of the distribution network, the Neighborhood Search algorithm is used to solve the problem, and the performance of the system is analyzed by simulation. The work in this paper provides a reference for Chinaundefineds distribution network to access the distributed generation.
