The IEC 61850 standard has good scalability and object-oriented self-description features, which will become the mainstream of the future development of grid communication. As the attention of the distribution network continues to increase, the distribution automation system needs to be further upgraded. Therefore, the article analyzes the modeling requirements of distribution automation terminals based on IEC 61850 standard, completes the description of distribution automation terminal integrity modeling, and describes the modeling of different types of terminals according to the difference of distribution network automation terminals. Furthermore, the consistency and interoperability testing requirements for the distribution network automation terminal compatible with the IEC 61850 protocol are studied, and the protocol test content and test extensions are studied.
