      针对列车检修需要耗费大量的人力物力的现状,文中介绍了一种基于NI数据采集系统搭建的机车电磁兼容检测平台,检测平台包括硬件系统和和软件设计部分,文章介绍其详细结构组成。并通过对实际浪涌脉冲的检测,对该平台检测数据与示波器记录的数据进行了对比,误差在0.6%。该检测平台现在主要对机车内线缆的浪涌脉冲电流进行监测,有助于对机车电磁兼容的诊断和排查。也可对系统进行拓展,对变压器运行状态、汽车运行状态等电磁兼容问题进行监测。
英文摘要:
      In view of the fact that train maintenance requires a lot of manpower and material resources,the hardware platform and software design of the Locomotive EMC testing platform based on NI data acquisition system are proposed, and the detailed structure is introduced. And through the detection of the actual surge pulse, the platform detection data is compared with the data recorded by the oscilloscope, and the error is 0.6%. The detection platform can monitor the surge pulse current of the cable inside the locomotive, which helps to diagnose and troubleshoot the EMC of the locomotive. The system can also be extended to monitor EMC problems such as transformer operating conditions and vehicle operating conditions.
