      智能变电站继电保护设备状态评估对提高设备运维效率和资产利用管理水平具有重大作用,提出了一种基于组合赋权法与模糊理论的智能变电站继电保护设备状态评估方法。全面建立包含继电保护设备历史状态信息和实时状态信息的状态评估指标体系,结合改进层次分析法及反熵权法、变异系数法结合的主客观权重法来确定各指标组合权重,有效克服了单一赋权方法的局限性。采用模糊综合评价法对设备状态进行评估,选取岭形模糊隶属度函数计算指标隶属度。通过实际算例验证了所提方法的有效性和精确性。
英文摘要:
      The state evaluation of relay protection equipment in intelligent substation plays an important role in improving equipment operation and maintenance efficiency and asset utilization management level. A method for evaluating the status of relay protection equipment in intelligent substation based on combined weighting method and fuzzy theory is proposed. The state evaluation index system including the historical state information and real-time state information of the relay protection equipment is comprehensively established, combining the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with the anti-entropy weight method and the variation coefficient method, the subjective and objective weight method is used to determine the combined weight of each index, which effectively overcomes the limitation of the single weighting method. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the equipment status, and the ridge-shaped fuzzy membership function is selected to calculate the index membership. The effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method are verified by a practical example.
