      针对电能表计量准确性的公正公平性,提出利用正态分布模型优化电能表校表流程,在传统的校表流程中增加正态分布的置信度判断,并利用区间分布原理增加相位补偿校表算法,解决了批量表满足R46标准中的组合误差的计量要求。研究正态分布优化计量准确研究,提升电能表的计量准确性,实现电能表产品符合国际标准要求,该方法具有较高的实际应用价值。
英文摘要:
      Fair and equitable measurement accuracy of watt-hour meter,the normal distribution model is used to optimize the calibration process of electricity meters, in the traditional calibration process, the confidence judgment of normal distribution , and using the interval distribution principle to increase the phase compensation table algorithm , the measurement requirements of combined error in R46 standard are solved. Studies the optimization and accurate measurement of normal distribution, improves the measurement accuracy of the electricity meter, realize the electricity meter products to meet the international standards, this method has practical application value.
