      间歇性能源发电的不确定给配电网运行调度带来了巨大的挑战,主动配电网是未来的配电网中实现间歇性新能源集成的有效技术。本文结合全局和区域协调控制的思路,提出了长时间尺度下的全局优化和短时间尺度下的区域自治协调相结合的优化方法,将混沌优化算法和差分算法结合用于求解全局优化问题,区域协调控制以整个网络的优化为模板,根据实时区域内资源和负荷的变化以及可再生能源的处理,使整个网络和区域运行在最优状态,并通过仿真验证优化方案的有效性,所做研究工作为我国分布式电源接入电网的后续管理提供参考和借鉴。
英文摘要:
      The uncertainty of intermittent energy power generation brings great challenges to the operation and dispatch of distribution network. Active distribution network is an effective technology to realize the intermittent new energy integration in the future distribution network. Based on global and regional coordination control, proposed the long time scales of global optimization and the short time scale regional autonomy under the coordination of combining optimization method, combine the chaos optimization algorithm and the differential algorithm for solving global optimization problems, regional coordination control to the entire network optimization as a template, according to the real-time changes in regional resource and load and the processing of renewable energy, make the whole network and running in the optimal state region, and through the simulation verify the validity of the optimization scheme of research work done for the subsequent management of distributed power grid in China to provide the reference and reference.
