      为了提高了计量模块的复用性和校准平台的开放性,综合校准平台基于以太网总线技术采用了统一的网络接口代替传统的串口通信接口。在校准过程中,需要建立监护系统保证现场操作人员规范地开展校准工作。针对目前无线监护系统采用ZigBee技术通信距离短和SIM卡通信费用贵的问题,文章提出了以数字信号处理器和射频收发芯片为核心的无线数字监护系统的实现方案;针对无线网络带宽较低无法支撑巨大视频数据流的实时传输的问题,文章采用H.264标准对视频数据进行编码。通过实验验证了保证视频清晰度不受影响的前提下,压缩比达到1:20以上,并且无线模块可以实现300米以内双向通信。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the reusability of the metering module and the openness of the calibration platform, the integrated calibration platform adopts a unified network interface based on Ethernet to replace the traditional serial communication. In the process of calibration, it is necessary to establish a monitoring system to ensure that field operators carry out calibration work in a standardized manner. The paper puts forward the realization scheme of wireless digital monitoring system with digital signal processor and radio frequency transceiver chip as the core。The paper adopts H. 264 standard to encode video data. Experimental results show that under the premise of ensuring video clarity is not affected, the compression ratio is above 1:20, and the wireless module can achieve two-way communication within 300 meters.
