      摘要:根据生产要求设计一种基于STM32微处理器的全自动高精度点样头,以实现对生物芯片制备的高精度点样。机械结构应用CAD制图软件进行绘制,然后按照图纸进行机加工。系统通过上位机设定参数,采用STM32微处理器控制步进电机带动横杆和针柄运动,达到点样的目的,并采用位移传感器形成闭环控制系统以提高点样精度,同时在OLED显示屏上显示相应数据。在制备生物芯片过程中,该点样头能够与点样平台紧密配合,机械结构稳定,自动化程度高,操作便捷,可实现对生物芯片进行高精度的生物点样。

      Abstract:According to the production requirements, Design a fully automatic high-precision micro spotting head according to production requirements to achieve high-precision spotting during the preparation of biochips. The mechanical structure of the spot is drawn using CAD drawing software and then machined according to the drawings. The system sets parameters through the host computer, control the stepping motor to drive the crossbar and needle handle movement with STM32 microprocessor, display the corresponding data on the OLED display at the same time.n the process of preparing the biochip, the spotting head can be closely matched with the spotting platform, the mechanical structure is stable, the degree of automation is high, and the operation is convenient, and the biological spotting of the biochip can be realized with high precision.
