      风力发电是目前较为成熟的一种可再生能源发电技术,其出力具有随机性和间歇性,电力部门很难对其进行准确的预测。风电的不确定性给电力系统的经济调度带来重大挑战,如何最大化利用风电资源以及使得供电侧最小化受到风电不确定性所造的影响,是经济调度常需要解决的问题。本文建立了含风电且以最低发电成本为目标的鲁棒优化调度模型,该模型考虑机组的自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)响应来应对不确定性出力波动,维持系统功率平衡。然后模拟实际场景,分析该鲁棒调度方法的安全性和经济性。
英文摘要:
      Wind power generation is a relatively mature power generation technology of renewable energy, it is difficult for the power sector to predict wind power, because of inherent randomness and intermittency of wind power. The uncertainty of wind power brings great challenges to the economic dispatch of power system, how to make the most use of wind power resources and minimize the influence of wind power uncertainty on the power supply side is a problem that economic dispatch needs to solve. This paper proposes a robust dispatch model, which include wind power and with the goal of the lowest power generation cost, the model considers automatic generation control (AGC) unit adjustment in response to uncertain fluctuations, and maintain power balance of the system. Then uses simulation scenes, analyze security and economy of the robust dispatch method.
