      为了对配电网的运行方式进行量化综合评价,提出了利用拉格朗日函数的经济学意义来确定评价指标权重的方法,将配电网的安全性、优质性、经济性和环保性等指标作为约束条件,根据不同的需求选取不同的目标函数,运用拉格朗日函数构造以统一的量纲为基础的量化综合评价模型,并且具体分析了综合量化评价指标体系,利用内点法求解得到的数学模型,将拉格朗日函数作为评价的结果。算例的计算结果表明,此方法能够对配电网的运行方式进行评价,证明了此方法的有效性与合理性。
英文摘要:
      In order to make a quantitative comprehensive evaluation of the operation mode of the distribution network, this paper proposes a method which uses the economy of Lagrangian function to determine the weights of the evaluation indexes. This method uses Lagrangian function to establish the quantitative comprehensive evaluation model which uses the security, quality, economy and environmental protection indexes as the constraints, uses different objective functions according to different demand, and is based on an united dimension. Then the comprehensive quantitative evaluation index system is discussed in the paper, and the obtained mathematical model is solved using interior point method. The result of a numerical example proves that this method can make evaluation of the operation mode of the distribution network, which proves the effectiveness and rationality of the method.#$NLKeywords: distribution network; operation mode; lagrangian function; comprehensive quantitative evaluation
