      主要针对各种智能设备故障及异常或待检修的智能设备,研究预置操作及安全措施实施管控方法。依托330kV南朔变为工程研究背景,围绕朔发Ⅰ线线路展开针对性研究,依据运行操作原则及注意事项,提出合理的二次安全措施的内容和操作顺序,并基于所确定的安措实施校验的方法形成相应的管控设计思路,建立起一套标准的安全隔离操作规范及工作规范。所提出的二次安措及管控方案可大幅度缩短智能站检修过程,极大减少检修过程的误操作,大幅度提高供电可靠性。
英文摘要:
      This paper mainly studies the pre-set operation and safety measures to implement control methods for various intelligent devices with malfunctions and abnormalities or to be repaired. Under the background of 330 kV Nanshuo transforming engineering program, the paper carries out pertinent research around Shuofa Line I line, The paper works out content and operation sequence of reasonable secondary safety measures according to operation principles and precautions, and forms corresponding management and control design ideas based on the method of checking the safety measures, and establishes a set of standard safety isolation operation norms and working norms. This is the case. The secondary safety measures and control scheme proposed in this paper can greatly shorten the maintenance process of intelligent station, greatly reduce the mis-operation of the maintenance process, and greatly improve the reliability of power supply.
