      为研究断路器操作机构电磁系统性能与分合闸线圈电流曲线的关系,结合操作机构分合闸过程中各阶段铁芯运动状态、阻力与电磁力的变化,分析了线圈电流曲线各阶段的影响因素。针对断路器操作机构故障难模拟的问题,采用磁路法建立电磁系统的等效磁路模型与电磁系统的动态数学模型,仿真研究了电磁系统参数变化与动铁芯卡涩、复位弹簧疲软故障情况对线圈电流曲线的影响。仿真结果表明,电磁系统参数变化与动铁芯卡涩、复位弹簧疲软故障情况将在线圈电流曲线各阶段产生相应变化,为断路器操作机构状态评估提供了重要参考。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the relationship between the performance of the electromagnetic system of the circuit breaker operating mechanism and the current curve of the closing and closing coils, combined with the changes of the core motion state, resistance and electromagnetic force in each stage of the closing process of the operating mechanism, the theoretical analysis of the coil current curve at each stage Influencing factors. Aiming at the problem that the circuit breaker is difficult to simulate, the magnetic circuit method is used to establish the equivalent magnetic circuit model of the electromagnetic system and the dynamic mathematical model of the electromagnetic system. The influence of the electromagnetic system parameter variation and the fault condition on the coil current curve is simulated. The simulation results show that the electromagnetic system parameter changes and fault conditions will make corresponding changes in the coil current curve, which provides an important reference for the state evaluation of the circuit breaker operating mechanism.
